Wristband Exchange point
When arriving at The Big Mix go straight to the wristband exchange point at Spitalfields with your ticket to collect your wristband for the event. This will allow you access to all venues for the entire event.
Please note the wristband exchange will close at 8.30pm.
Volunteering
Thousands of volunteers dedicate time and energy to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. Macmillan was started by a volunteer and volunteers are still an integral part of the charity. If you would like to volunteer at The Big Mix please contact thebigmix@macmillan.org.uk.
Safety
We want The Big Mix to be as safe and secure as possible so below are some festival tips.
- Please drink responsibly and to avoid drinking alcohol in the streets.
- Do not take, buy or sell drugs. Drug enforcement laws are as applicable at all venues as anywhere else.
- Anti-sociable behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Leave all valuables at home.
- Use only licensed taxis
Age restrictions
Under 18′s are not permitted.
You may be required to provide suitable proof of age.
Disabled access
Disabled festival goers are welcomed to The Big Mix and will be given priority entrance to the venues where there is disabled access. Please contact The Big Mix Team for full venue access details.
